The 2012 Greater Long Island Dental Meeting will be held at the Hilton Huntington Hotel in Melville, New York on Tuesday, April 17th and Wednesday, April 18th.
All sessions will be held in the hotel facilities, including full and half-day scientific programs and clinics with over 145 Exhibitions displaying the latest in technology, equipment, supplies and services. The Exhibition Hall will open on Tuesday, April 17th at 5:00 pm featuring a complimentary Tropical Cocktail Reception, accompanied with live entertainment. Participating Exhibitors will be holding raffles at their respective booths. Don’t miss this fun event and a chance to win multiple prizes!! Wednesday, April 13th will feature a fantastic line-up of speakers where up to 14 hours of CEU hours can be obtained. A complementary happy hour from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm will conclude the 46th Annual Session of GLIDM.
Back Again by popular demand! The 8th Annual Photography Contest – $250 for first prize and certificates awarded to second and third place winners. Look for the Photography Contest form.
Table Clinics will be held in the Exhibition Hall on Wednesday, April 18th from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Two First Place Prizes: Residents/Students – First Place $ 250 and Hygienists – First Place $250.

Discounted advanced registration must be received by mail or by fax at the GLIDM office no later than April 1st, 2012.

On-Site Registration:
Registration will be located on the main floor of the hotel. An additional fee of $25 will be added to the registration fee for all on-site registration of scientific sessions. To view the Exhibition Hall is always free of charge and can be obtained at Registration.

The more courses you attend, the better the value!! All registrants are invited free of charge to our complimentary “Tropical” Cocktail Reception on Tuesday, April 17th as well as the “happy hour” cocktail reception on Wednesday, April 18th.
Two hours of continuing education credit will be given on Tuesday, April 17th for technical exhibits from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (sign in sheets will be provided at the entrance to the Exhibition Hall). Table Clinics will be held on Wednesday, April 18th from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Participants can earn ½ hour of CE credit per clinic.
Mandated Courses: Risk Management, Infection Control and/or CPR. If you are only registering for any of the mandated courses listed – you will only be charged $75 per mandated course. Complementary cocktail receptions for both Tuesday & Wednesday are included in this fee. No other fees apply.
Exhibition Hall Only – All Registrants – FREE (includes complimentary cocktail parties on Tuesday & Wednesday – pre-registration is required).
