Dear Prospective Exhibitor,
Enclosed please find the Exhibit Prospectus for the 38th
Annual Session of the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting,
sponsored by the Nassau, Suffolk and Queens County Dental Societies.
GLIDM 2005 has returned to the Huntington Hilton
in Melville, New York. Evaluations received from our Exhibitors
and Attendees revealed that the Hilton Hotel was more desired
for both location and venue.
The 2005 Meeting will open on Tuesday, April 19th
with Exhibits from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A cocktail party and “Polka
Round” will take place in the Exhibit Hall at that
time followed by “Casino Night”.
Based on the evaluations received from 2004, we have eliminated
Thursday for 2005. Please refer to the back page of the Exhibitor
Prospectus for set-up, exhibit hours and breakdown. The floor
plan has been redesigned to comply with new fire and safety regulations.
Booth prices have also been reduced. The Planning Board as again
approved FREE NON-ADA-MEMBER “Exhibits Only” Registration.
Your entire customer base is able to attend the Exhibition Hall
free of charge.
Your contract will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Every effort will be made to respond to your requests regarding
booth assignment. To reserve booth space, kindly fill out the
enclosed application and remit to the Greater Long Island Dental
Meeting, along with your deposit of $750 per booth space. If you
fax your application, the deposit must be received within seven
business days in order to retain your assignment (Visa & Mastercard
accepted).
Our Exhibitors are the foundation of GLIDM. We would like to
