Dear Prospective Exhibitor,

Enclosed please find the Exhibitor Prospectus for the 46th Annual Session of the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting, being held Tuesday, April 17-18 at the Hilton Hotel in Melville, New York. GLIDM is sponsored by the Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk County Dental Societies.

GLIDM 2011 was again a huge success with 3,828 in attendance (2,211 dentists). We thank you, our Exhibitors, for your support, dedication, and friendship.

GLIDM will open on Tuesday, April 17th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. In celebration of 46 years of service, GLIDM will host a complimentary tropical cocktail reception, free CDE credit, and live entertainment in the Exhibition area. On Wednesday, April 18th, we will host a happy hour from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and at that time the Exhibition Hall will close. We have assembled a great line-up of scientific presenters. If you wish to sponsor a speaker, our Committee would be most happy to receive your proposal. Please refer to the back page of the Exhibitor Prospectus for set-up, exhibit hours and breakdown. Invite your client base to visit the Exhibits that is always free to attend – more importantly – give them a reason to stop by your booth!!
           
Your contract will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Every effort will be made to respond to your requests regarding booth assignment. To reserve booth space, kindly fill out the enclosed application and remit to the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting, along with your deposit of $750 per booth space. If you fax your application, the deposit must be received within seven business days in order to retain your assignment (Visa & Mastercard & American Express accepted).
