Dear Prospective Exhibitor,
Enclosed please find the Exhibitor Prospectus for the 44th Annual
Session of the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting, sponsored by
the Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk County Dental Societies.
2009 proved to be the best meeting on record! With record attendance
of 3,400 hundred dentists and rave reviews received by both our
Exhibitors and Attendees. We thank our exhibitors for their support,
dedication, and friendship in contributing to make our meeting
a huge success!
The Exhibition Hall for our 2010 Meeting will open on Tuesday,
April 20th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We will be hosting our complimentary
Happy Hour, free CDE credit, live entertainment, prizes and giveaways
that will be held in the Exhibition area. Wednesday, April 22nd
will end with a cocktail reception from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm and
at that time the Exhibition Hall will close. We have assembled
a great line-up of scientific presenters. If you wish to sponsor
a speaker, our Committee would be most happy to receive your proposal.
Please refer to the back page of the Exhibitor Prospectus for
set-up, exhibit hours and breakdown. Invite your client base to
visit the Exhibits that is always free to attend - give them a
reason to stop by your booth!!
Your contract will be accepted on a first come, first serve
basis. Every effort will be made to respond to your requests regarding
booth assignment. To reserve booth space, kindly fill out the
enclosed application and remit to the Greater Long Island Dental
Meeting, along with your deposit of $750 per booth space. If you
fax your application, the deposit must be received within seven
business days in order to retain your assignment (Visa & Mastercard
& American Express accepted).
Our Exhibitors are the foundation of GLIDM. We would like to
