| A change in behavior
comes with the discovery of meaning. This seminar is about
the psychological foundations of change and communication.
This course will show how dentists and staff can exert more
leverage in their offices and thus contribute to the practices’
bottom line as well as their own long-term success. Emphasis
will be placed on how individuals can help their offices
stay ahead of a changing psychographic environment by moving
their offices beyond what they already know, into the more
uncertain realm of innovation.
Many practices focus on topics first and end up training
the same topics over and over with little result. Do you
want to just train, or do you want to affect sales of treatment
plans and service performance outcomes? The issue that one
needs to ask is, “What should training do?”
At the end of the training session, what should happen that
isn’t happening now? What should people do differently
than they have done in the past?
Only a handful of dentists are approaching their training
with a clear clinical understanding and psychological perspective.
When we understand this, we will reach an important landmark
in investing our training time and dollars.
This seminar is based on proven psychological and business
protocols. The well-formed outcome is vertical growth for
the respective dental practice.
The Greater Long Island Dental Meeting wishes to express
appreciation to The Female Dental Academy of Long Island
for their generous support of this seminar.
