The Greater Long Island Dental Meeting is an ADA CERP recognized provider through the extended process by The New York State Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

CDE - Certificate of Completion forms (a 3 part form) are available in all scientific meeting rooms. Fill in your name, address, course date, CDE hours, ADA # and your signature. The course code will be released at the close of each session. Both the yellow copy (NYSDA) and the pink copy (AGD) should be taken to Booths # 80 (NYSDA) and # 73 (AGD) in the exhibit hall for validation. The white copy is retained by the participant for his/her own records. No mailing of forms by the participant is required to either the New York State Dental Association or the Academy of General Dentistry as long as CDE validation forms are turned into their respective booths.

DENTAL HYGIENE
Dental Hygienists who register for Dental Hygiene Courses (Presented by LIDHA) will receive 3 credit hours for each course from the American Academy of Dental Hygiene, Inc. This Academy is recognized for continuing education credit by the NY State Education Department. Upon completion of the course, each attendee will receive a certificate of completion that must be held as proof of attendance.
